Mangalore has covered on the Japanese most famous guidebook

The date when I had landed on Bangalore, India at first in my life was Monday, January 24.

And, the date when I had landed on Mangalore at first in my life was, one week after its date, Monday, January 31st.

When I had landed on India first time, I had brought two guidebooks on India in Japanese language. One of them was ‘CHIKYU NO ARUKIKATA’.
‘CHIKYU NO ARUKIKATA’, in literal translation in English;’How To Walk On The Earth’.

Among these my bringing guidebooks, there was a name of Bangalore, but the name of Mangalore was no there,

After then, more than two years & four months has passed.

‘CHIKYU NO ARUKIKATA’ India edition has issued ‘South India edition’ first time.
As if to accompany it, the name of Mangalore has come out first time.

■Mangalore obtain the chance to Attract the Japanese Tourists

Among the 1st week when I had landed on Mangalore in 2012, our original local supporters requested us to put the article about Mangalore on this ‘CHIKYU NO ARUKIKATA’.  But my personal impression with this guidebook was…”In before, the main readers segmentation of ‘CHIKYU NO ARUKIKATA’ would be the backpackers, would it?”. So, I hesitated to do particular approach for this guidebook’s editorial department.

Anyway, congratulations with the coverage the name of Mangalore on the Japanese commercial tourist guidebook. Recently, the people’s segmentation of coming to India has been changing to the business people & young students for the internship also, not only the backpackers.

Congrats to Mangalore!
Yeah! \(^o^)/
