By the way, what is a ‘Japanese autonomous district(Japanese Township)’? I immediately could understand an example of Hong Kong though……
In fact, a tiny trend had occurred in Japan what the people had started to try to immigrate to other countries, by reason of they wanted to escape from the damage of TEPCO Nuclear Plant Disasters. A part of Japanese people tried to escape from Japan by mother & child only, tried to find out the employment in abroad, etc, etc. At the same time, another part of Japanese people who live in abroad had started to support such evacuees, such a trend had occurred in various countries; USA, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand etc, etc, etc. In USA’s case, unfortunately it had broken up before long, by reason of one mass media’s mistaken report. Anyway, this kind of ‘Escape’ trends have occurred in both inside & outside of Japan.

However, unfortunately almost all of them can not speak English well. Besides, in case of an escape by ‘mother & child’ only, it’s extremely difficult to find out the employment in abroad, therefore they depends on their husbands income in Japan, in most of cases. This type of case is not stabilised, by reason of this is not migrant, just escape from Japan.
Another types of people bring their saving budget to abroad & stay in abroad by extremely thrift life. In this case, the guarantee of future life is not stabilised also.
Just a few of them can find out their employment or business in abroad, this percentage is absolutely very few……

Why these ‘escape’ trend is not stabilised one?

The reason is that ‘Japanese people do not have a strong human resource supporting network like Chinese people’.
As you can see, the above ‘escape’ cases are all ‘personal’ actions. So, making their stabilisation would be extremely difficult, it is the natural.

Then, what is required to survive well?
Yes, ‘Cooperation as the Society’ is required.
This is the one of the reason why Mr. Moustache thought of ‘Japanese autonomous district(Japanese Township)’. Because Society is stronger than Personal to survive well.
