The third occasion to conduct “World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day” in Mangalore, INDIA!

On the last Saturday of April each year at 10am local time, tens of thousands in 100s of cities, in over 70 nations come together… to breathe together… to provide a healing vision for our world. Be a World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day!

Now, Mangalore becomes a piece of this worldwide event again, this year also.

TAI CHI is a slow-motion, moving meditative exercise for relaxation, health, stress reduction, rehabilitation of disease and self-defense. Originally from China, Tai Chi has gained enormous popularity in America, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and throughout the rest of the world for its health benefits.
Tai Chi is one kind of among Chinese Wushu(Kung Fu) that have a large number of types, is the universal martial art and health activity, there is no age limit. Tai Chi was the one supreme ultimate martial art in the ancient time, now also extremely famous popular oriental-fitness exercise in a plenty of countries.

Any ages people can practice Tai Chi, and is very popular for especially women and aged people all over the world.

Haruka Wushu/Tai Chi Classes will host “3rd World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day Mangalore 2015”! following the last two years, welcome all of your participants with family & friends to this event.

About Haruka_Qingxiang

Haruka Ito is a Japanese woman, who love Wushu(Chinese Martial Arts). Her athlete career is more than 20 years, she was Gold Medalist of Hong Kong International Wushu Festival, All Japan Wushu Taijiquan Championships, All Japan Wushu Taijiquan Tournament, Osaka Wushu Taijiquan Championships. The number of Medals: 16 Gold, 6 Silver, 6 Bronze. Hobbies: Wushu, International Travelling, Reading Books, Learning Foreign Lanuages(English, Mandarein Chinese, Cantonese etc). The countries where been to: Australia, Hong Kong, China(Guangzhou, Nanjing), Macau, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Dubai, Malaysia and India.
