Chicken without Masala(spice) in Malaysia

Mr.Moustache & me sometimes come to KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) in India.
When we went to there first time in India, we thought ‘KFC also use Masala(Spice)???’. Now, we have got to used to taste those Masala chicken, but I’ve heard other a few Japanese children could not eat them when they came here in 2012.

Well, this time trip in Malaysia, we went to KFC for having tea break.
We ordered one small piece of chicken also, then I’ve found out ‘chicken without masala(spice)’. Oh, this is the same as Japan, yeah!!

Hair-cutting in Malaysia

On June 2nd, I went to have my haircut also in Malaysia.
As far as I know, the number of ladies beauty saloon which can do ‘shaggy cut’ must be less in India, I think so. Although I went to only two salon in India, still it must be rare…

Well, I’ve inquiry hostel staff about beauty salon in Kuala Lumpur, she gave me suggestion of complex building which includes many salon inside of it. We could find out the building, yes, there are many salons inside of it.

We went through almost all of them roughly and decided to come into one salon. Stylist was gent, he is very calm & polite person, and did sincere working. Yes, this politeness & sincere working is service work!!

After finishing my haircut, the stylist told me ‘So much hair’.
Yes, I originally have big volume of my hair since I was a small child. To tell the truth, I was said from massage technician ‘Wow! How a lot your hair!(in Chinese language)’ at massage salon also 1 day back from this hair-cutting time, hahaha.
image

Looks like my hair volume is so huge from these photos, but I had much much more when I was young. Therefore I feel, ‘my hair volume has become less than before……’.

Thank you for the stylist, now I feel very comfortable for my hairstyle.

Detox in Malaysia

On June 1st, I have experienced a body massage in Malaysia after a long time.
This day was 1 previous day for Mr.Moustache’s birthday, we experienced a few ‘Detox’ activities.

Before high noon, we had ‘Tortoise Jelly’, this is one of the best detox food among Chinese cuisine. Essence of this jelly is made from tortoise shell.
Having this jelly’s frequency is just once in a week, it would be enough. However, the shop where we had served ‘not so bitter’ jelly, therefore effectiveness might be weak also, I think, haha.

And in the afternoon, we went to massage salon also.
When we tried to find out a salon, one man approached us to invite their salon, but his face was Indian, and his showing menu of massages were 100% same design of the nearest other massage salon by Chinese people. We felt he just copied the design of menu, therefore we selected other Chinese people’s salon.
Honestly speaking, I have my working experience as a relaxation massage technician also when I was in Japan. From my experience, East Asian people’s massage techniques are rather very nice, ex; Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc. Regarding others, Thai style massage is good, also.
Anyway, this time we selected a Chinese people’s salon, its relaxation massage was very well.

Directly after we finished to have a massage, Mr.Moustache’s face looked like to be refreshed so much, I felt it was very interesting, hahaha. I think these detox were very effective, it might be the reason why his face looked like to be refreshed.

Vietnamese Cuisine in Malaysia

Within our latest visit to Malaysia, we enjoyed Vietnamese cuisine also.
Honestly speaking, I love Pho(Vietnamese rice noodle) very much. I found out one Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, We had a dinner at there.

Soup and cold tea, both were nice taste also.
image

This is my favourite menu, Pho Ga(Chicken rice noodle). When I had visited Hanoi, Vietnam in 2002 & 2005, I had Pho every every day.
image

Fried vegetable dish and meat menu. Meat menu was Mr.Moustache’s order, but this looks different from his expectation. Hahahahaha.
image

He is wondering ‘what is this……?’ Hahahahaha.
image

Then, what is this menu actually???
image

The meat menu’s taste was like Japanese ‘Oyakodon’???
Still now, we are not sure what was that……
image

Anyway, totally they were good.
Yummy, yummy!!

Owner is You???

Latest visit to Malaysia, me & my business partner Mr.Moustache have stayed at budget hostel for May 30-June 2, not hotel. This hostel is inside of old complex building, bathroom is common, instead of it the rate was rather reasonable.

Then, we have met one lovely cat at the hostel.
image

This cat stays in this hostel, very calm & quiet cat.
image

She may understood I love animal very much, she kept her calm & polite attitude against me also.
image

In fact, Mr.Moustache was suffered this cat’s adorable attack when he slept with tiredness in his bed, hahaha.
image

By the way, are you the owner of this hostel? You look like that, hahaha.
And, you must understand how you would be liked from the people, am I correct? hahahahaha.

Chinese Cuisine in Malaysia [4]

June 1st, 2015
We tasted Jiaozi(Dim Sum), for afternoon snacks with iced Chinese Tea.
I always always always miss Chinese Tea in India also. Products of Green Tea is available in India though, my favourite type Chinese tea leaves are not available among my activity area.

image

I miss vegetable jiaozi(dim sum) indeed, but what I could taste this time was only shrimp(prawn) one. Mr.Moustache loves shrimp(prawn) very much, so this is very good for him.
But still, I want to taste vegetable jiaozi(dim sum) again also~~~~~~

Chinese Cuisine in Malaysia [3]

At Chinese restaurants in India, we can not have Chinese style rice porridge basically in anywhere. I feel regret about it indeed, because I feel Rice porridge is one of the most attractive menu among all kinds of Chinese menu, also one of the most fabulous breakfast culture in the world.

image

In Malaysia, I can taste a real Chinese rice porridge, it makes me really happy, yes, it is Chinese breakfast!!
Although my family members are full of Japanese, I miss Chinese food than Japanese food. I do not know the reason by myself either, haha.

Anyway, delicious is happiness, how lucky I can feel it.

Authentic Chinese cuisine is full of happiness of eating. Yes, food should provide a happiness to the people. Both of vegetable & non-vegetarian menu, we have to eat something “live” materials to keep our lives. Therefore, we should thank to all of lives both veg & non-veg, and would be better to enjoy it for felicitating their each honourable lives.
